how do i do a high jump?
You can only jump high off of ramps, other than that the jumps are basically all the same. I should note that you can do a really high jump if you jump off a cliff and into a 'U' shaped bump into the middle, if you jump there again you will bounce really high.

Yes, people sell accounts with loads of neopoints on them. Both are very normal. For future reference post questions like these in spam, or another chat so others may answer also.

Well, first off if you have read the rules I believe it states how to rank up and such. If you are unfamiliar with the rules refer to the Rules section on the main webpage.
Secondly, I have 0 neopoints and have sold 0 neopoints.
