TNT Update about Premium

A previous glitch allowed users to still have access to premium features despite cancelling their subscription. As of 15, February this bug has been fixed, and users who cancel premium will lose access to premium after the end of the billing period.

If you find your account no longer has access to premium, please follow these steps:

Log in to the premium membership portal: (you need an account to see links)

Double check to see if you have an ACTIVE current premium plan.

If your plan is no longer active, you can renew your premium membership by selecting “Keep Membership” and follow the steps on the portal to confirm your payment information.

If you see that you have an active premium plan, have been billed, but have lost access to premium features please submit a ticket with the following information: the username of the account where premium was active, your last payment date, your transaction ID, and plan type.

Mine also ran out, but I think for now I'll just hide the 4 pets instead of paying again. It really through a lot of people off when they missed the yearly sale... I'll miss the nerks for now, but outside of pet slots, nothing is really pushing me to get premium so soon again.

I canceled my premium subscription couple months ago.. I think once pet slots came out it was kinda pointless?

May have been posted elsewhere also. Not sure if it is on the site. I don’t really use Twitter and FB is a gamble if it shows you new posts. But yeah, if they didn’t put it anywhere other than Discord, that is a ridiculous.

I had it on 4 accounts, my primary and a few shells and I wondered when/if it was going to expire.. mine only went on for an extra month or two

A bit off topic, but as someone who's never had premium - and don't have the need for more pet slots is premium worth it?

IMO, no. The ads are probably intrusive on mobile, so if you primarily play on mobile, maybe? Anyone playing on a PC likely uses an adblocker anyway (or should).

The only ostensible benefit is super shop wizard, which has a ridiculous cooldown/limit anyway, and the premium monthly collectible which is garbage about 80% of the time. (The other 20% it's a gem and everybody wants it. Roll the dice.)

Yeah totally this @(you need an account to see links). I think another advantage is fighting the Fungus for nerks or the fungus potions.

Still what I miss is SSW though I decided to stop paying for a while. It's supposed they're going to update premium perks but we haven't seen that yet?
