Ghoul catchers not awarding me my neopoints?

I'm playing ghoul catchers on my iPhone and it says my account has been awarded 1000neopoints on neopets.com but I haven't got any richer. Is anyone having the same problem?

I think it's really glitched and indeed not awarding anyone the neopoints, but I could be wrong

What a shame.. my biggest source of income really.. LOL
I'll choose to see the positives of what will come of this,, perhaps saving a lot more time, buying neopoints instead..never brought NP before, a bit nervous!!but so thrilling, so exciting, so much easier than legit it seems fuhhhh

i played yesterday ghoul catchers and indeed i dont get all my money i played about 50 times but got only 22k did you try from your pc ?

aggy are you sure you dont get frozen with SS? because i try it on my old acc and got frozen ... you know the way for playing legit with SS?

I'm not really serious on neo anymore but I start using ss two months ago and don't get frozen, just don't let the program running everyday and be carefull with the wait times

i didn't run it everyday and still got frozen lol ... maybe you have a good SS list for me?
