Needing help with free Steam Wallet gift code site.

Hello clraik, long time, no see.

So, this site: (you need an account to see links)

It promises free Steam wallet codes in denominations of $25, $50, or $100. I know, I know... sounds like a scam, right? They take your information in exchange for free identity theft... but I'm inclined to believe it works. Why? Well, you fill out a survey, no personal information beyond what you'd share with the public in general, and in exchange, you get redirected to Dropbox with a .zip file and your code is inside.

So, right... why am I in help if it sounds like I'm advertising?
Well, I've completed this. Twice. I've received my code, twice.

No, I didn't gain any viruses from extracting and opening the .zip files.
You receive the following four files in said .zip file;
Steam Wallet(1).dll
Steam Wallet(1).exe
Steam Wallet(2).dll
Steam Wallet(3).dll

If I click on the .exe file, an error comes up saying I need file omdproject.dll and to reinstall. So I found a download of said .dll file and placed it in my folder with THOSE files.
I double-click the .exe file again... and it... tells me Windows Media Player is up-to-date?
Trying to add the .exe TO WMP or iTunes does not work. It won't allow me to change how the file is opened, it won't even let me choose "Open With..." if I right-click, and running as administrate gets me the same result.

So this is why I bring this to you, clraik... I need help. People in the chat of that site are no help, and honestly, I'm not even sure they aren't bots.

Most likely a scam (like you said, just giving my opinion)
1st. you need to register the dll file (google that)
2nd. In case it actually is an audio file, search "how to show file extensions on Windows" follow the steps and change it to an audio file format i.e. mp3, aac, etc.
IMHO Sounds too good to be true...

You do have a point... I just want this so I can pick up the legendary edition of Skyrim for a friend now that it's on sale.
...Morrowind and Oblivion too, haha. But suppose I will have to wait if trying your idea doesn't work.

There are pages that offer great deals, sometimes they even give you a pack of games reaaaally cheap (can't remember which page it is, lol sorry)

Thanks, but that doesn't help the issue of me literally having no money in the bank to purchase them. >>;
