Depends on the points earned on the next rounds just like last year.

Highest points for forwards was,
Round 1-3: DJ Skellington
Round 4: DJ Sally

DJ Skellington won 3 times but DJ Sally won on the last round.
Winners do change but not all the time.

Yup, today is the 2nd rest day which is the 14th day from day 1.
The last rest day will be at the end of round 1.
