100% depends on if they release an avatar for Other III or not. If they don�t it has roughly the same value as the other 4,000 point stamps which tend towards buyable until you�re a solid 4+ years out.

Wow, I'm REALLY glad I didn't decide to play legit this year and just aimed for Rank 1. Is there any difference to if I cash 260 points in now or later/sell the stuff now or later? I didn't play the last.. 10 years or so and don't know if there are differences to look out for, or if it only matters with higher ranks anyway..

With 260 points there really isn�t going to be a large change of value in the prizes available to you. The items that see the most change in value are going to be your stamp (4000 points) and above.
