Honestly, I don't think it would be Adam. There's a small chance, and if so it would be kinda funny, but it's probably just one of those random DDoS groups that randomly target websites.
Neopets has been put back in the public eye, and often times, that's enough to have people decide to be losers and send DDoS attacks.
