Just what @(you need an account to see links) said, being active on the music section, listening to the music on the UBs, that's how I unlocked it before.

I think you need to be active in the music section. Post your favorite songs and then listen to other people's songs. Just chill on there. I made the songs posted on there like my playlist I went though them all posted replies. posted my own stuff etc

Just make sure to wait for 30 posts after yours before posting a new one! I made the mistake of posting too soon my first few times and got confused as to why I was having my posts removed. Didn't notice the updated thread rules below the initial one.
