Self quarantined over here for a bit longer, until test results get back! Been working from home since last Wednesday and they are tossing around the idea of full telework for a bit. It's the govt though, so these decisions are always slow af.

Running out of shows to watch on netflix though. Also running out of food since I didn't make a dash to the grocery store. Might have to venture out tomorrow... unless places in the city are still delivering.

    Hey, John! :o

Classes have been cancelled for a week and will be online till the end of the term, including finals, but...I've always been a homebody anyway, so life isn't that much different for me lol!

Until the end of term?! How long is that for you? Lots of colleges around here are doing virtual classes but most have been scheduled to go back to in person classes early April. I think the latest date I have seen was like April 13th.

Yep, all on-campus activities (labs, lectures, finals, etc) are cancelled until the end of term (April 23rd). Pretty wild. I feel bad for the profs who have to come up with alternative lesson plans and assessments

I did the tail end of my degree mostly online, but those profs knew it was going to be structured online. I don't know how on site classes will be able to adjust. Not everybody is able to learn as effectively that way either. It will be interesting to see what kind of impact that has on students.

My university extended spring break by a week and is moving everything online. I've been watching Coronavirus since January before China was even really bad, so I've had a bit of time to 'prepare' (and by that I mean I have an extra pack of toilet paper and paper towels, like 3 weeks of canned food for 2 people in case of quarantine, some extra lysol wipes and bleach). People thought I was crazy for even doing that, but it'll be enough to get me and my fiance through a quarantine if we're hit with it....maybe.

I'm still working. Even though I work for Best Buy's distribution center and 90 percent of our products come from China....

Hope they are! I know in nyc delivery and pick up are still in play. They're just trying to get people in and out asap.

Yeah pretty crazy dude, some schools are going fully remote from here out. I know columbia is all online for the rest of the year at least for grad programs now unless something changes.

Should've bought up all the lysol wipes in the store with that foresight!
