Is anyone having trouble with neomail? Its driving me crazy.I have to refresh like 10 times to view my mail

yes, just to get to the inbox I have to click/refresh at least 3-4 times. it used to be just once. to send a mail is even worse. the error pops up and sometimes it sends the first time, then you send 3 more of the same and they all end up going through. or not at all and people just dont get mails. even if you keep an inbox tab open and refresh to check, it'll do the same thing.

this can easily be solved by changing a setting in your preferences.
just check the box for "plain neomail text" and all your problems will be a thing of the past

Hover over my account
Click preferences
check the checkbox for Plain Text Neomail
click change your details
from then on you shouldn't have any trouble anymore with neomails loading

not sure what you're experiencing is the same problem but i would try it nonetheless.

thank you for the tag, though I've had that setting off for a while. a few years ago my messages were only sending in halves, and was only getting blank msgs back from people. i just deal with it bc a lot of the people i mail say they have the same issue. idk what the reason for it is though. ive even tried opening a new tab before opening inbox like a bg stackpath or captcha thing. didnt change anything.Originally Posted by Mario2302

I was having a hard time with neomails a while before but now they work fine! It's weird, I hope you get yours fixed.
