I have never bought anything for neopets off of a site before, but I am considering it because I would reeeaaalllly like to get some weapons and I don't think I'll ever be able to get the 10+ mill I need to buy the ones I want.

I'm really freaked out about getting frozen especially considering how freezing happy Jumpstart has been. So what is the best site I can buy stuff?
