No, there's not a script for that combination of actions. There are bits and pieces of other solutions that can be used one after the other to accumulate stamps, but nothing that works on rails to do that as well as placing them in your album. The Stealth CORE application has the ability to purchase and place stamps in albums though. You'd just need to get access to the program by ranking up.

As Bat said, I think you're looking for the Stamp Collector bot in Stealth Core. It will check your album and try to buy any buyable stamps and put them into your album for you. It works for every album/stamp.
