Usually with the bigger corps they have reps that assist both in person and online though. Not entirely sure on their structure of the business but there's usually always someone who is assigned to deal with incoming customers in the office. Its just their willingness to work with people in person I'd assume

Some guy on the BD chat and TC chat named baach1912 or something apparently paid them off years ago to get his account back. He was using macros to restock, and he was caught on the neoboards saying "its not the same" but he didnt turn his macro off so it came out as "its not th9898 sam9898". This was a long time ago, who knows if they have changed.

It's a business. An office. With representatives and a workforce. They're not going to freak out if you walk in and ask to speak to someone or ask if you can make an appointment etc.
I'd be interested to know what would happen with Jumpstart there now.

If you have a problem with an item you bought at Target, you just go up to Target and speak with someone to fix the issue. Not really a big deal.
Not to mention its their job to help the members of their website. I'm pretty sure they don't have decked out security and bullet proof cubicles. They're just a normal (shitty) company.
