apparently they're using (you need an account to see links), if you type in your username it'll either come up with "0 results" or "1 result from neopets (year here) and so you'll know if your info is leaked or not. but i'm assuming if the info has been changed since the year it displays that means you're fine? i'm not sure, if someone else knows more please pipe in.

Interesting, I still don't get the point of why people do this though. Like whats the end game?

These Neopets accounts are all from the 2012 leak, aren't they? If they date 2013-10-06 or smth like that, I mean. There's a shitload of accounts listed as leaked on this date so I'm guessing it's the 2012 leak and the website lists when they received the data. lol
I might be wrong though, idk

Also one thing I forgot to mention (which was the reason I came here originally) is that my friend had two of his five accounts hacked into and he had changed his password less than a month ago, so idk if this was a leak or someone found a new exploit or something. I thought changing passwords monthly was considered safe? D:
I've tried several accounts belonging to myself and my family. Same date every time. Checked my 14-month old main and it gave no results.
Is it afe to assume that if your account was created before this date, then change your info?
