No way to really know. Multiple accounts probably. I was using proxies & tor browser but they iced everything. No explanation. I had access to 18 accounts. By their rules I should have been okay with that if they bothered to inquire. My wife and 3 children's mains along with my main & 13 sides between us. The only "cheating" was majinss, stealth core, & the VTPS stock market cheat. But really f**k them. I was premium since 2006, bought neocash all the time, and wasted money on Ghoul Catchers as well. They really want to go bankrupt if they ice a whole family with no warning or explanation. The neopian lottery is how I found out. It said congratulations username(frozen) you won. I won alright freedom from neopia, and I'll save myself some cash as well.

Can't and don't want to. I tried to create a new account so I could submit a ticket and the new account is instantly frozen. Pretty sure they IP banned me.

Anyone know how to cancel premium on a frozen ip banned account? Neo doesn't respond to emails & their phone # isn't any good. Instantly get "all circuits are busy" then it disconnects.
After my frozen account, they continued on charging me for 6 more months. After asking them to close it they asked for proof of ID, residence, and the card statement PROVING WHO I AM.
I finally got tired of dealing with it and reported my card stolen. lol

I assume you're credit card subbed, not through PayPal?
My best suggestion is to make an account on a clean IP -- can you log in from a smartphone or tablet with its own connection source? -- and use that to log the ticket. Then message them on Facebook with the ticket number. Don't let them steal your money.
Worse comes to worst, get the card cancelled if they don't respond before the next renewal, if you remember when it is.
