Can you run multiple accounts with different proxies? Example:
user:password:proxy
user:password:proxy
user:password:proxy

It logs in fine this way, but is the proxy working?

If this works like I suggested to Joe it shouldn't RS ban before the refresh amount you put in the box.
@(you need an account to see links) I think he added it to account change as well as a extra? I think this is where people are getting little confused to how it works.

Maybe have a tick box for people who use multiple account option so it has dual purpose, Unless it works like above then this is irrelevant.

@(you need an account to see links) Yeah but your program already does this, after no stock for x times it will switch accounts. How does this differ from previous functionality? If it does not wait for restock ban then restocking time will be shorter, if it will switch midway and never go back to account 1.

Wait, so I already have this feature? It has been years since I coded some of the features in this program and I've honestly forgotten some of them lol

The way this works is if you are using multiple accounts, it will count your refreshes and once you hit X (in the settings you provided) it will go to the next account regardless of if you are RS banned or not.

Yes you can do this. Note: A VPN is more reliable.

How do you people get such low buy times?
I have a decent connection (120mb/s, ~8ms ping) and I have to disable the buy delay because my real buy times are all above 3500 ms.
Is there any trick, like setting a vpn/proxy close to neopets servers?

This isn't a problem, I've been rsing great items anyway, I'm just curious
