Ha, what if N_T is the Food Club botter and he's trying to act like a saint by reporting himself but not giving up his db access. Making >$15k monthly and sitting in the spotlight of being some kind of savior, while TNT struggles to find out how to deal with things.
Right?! It makes me wonder. Maybe because I suspect the one who first points the finger has something they are hiding?

    N_T is Keyser Soze confirmed.

But yeah honestly I can't see N_T being the unscrupulous saint that he loves to play. Because why would he be? Why "ethically" hack Neo in your spare time to only do good things. Why Neo, why in such an attention-seeking way, why even have the skills to do so if you never had the intention of doing something to gain from it. In other words, would a real ethical hacker pick Neo for his ethical hacking, and would they even know where to look if they didn't know what could be gained from it.

This is really the point I was trying to make lol there is no proof it's not him, and he is just doing all these posts in attempt to deflect. It seems a lot more difficult to bot on neopets now, so someone with his access could set up a bot extremely easily I imagine. Also, he says there are 3 other people with the exploit, how do we know this to be true? Maybe these people don't even exist... I need some more concrete evidence from him before I believe anything he says lol.

Some of the automation needs to be adjusted for the rampancy of error pages, but it's not more difficult to bot on Neopets. Unless you're referring to getting one over on other players in shop sniping, which is just down to the botnet going nuts. The Neopets team isn't fixing the server problems, and so the site itself is more busted than ever. But that's okay because we have a hacker downloading the entire database every day or so for Reddit points, which is definitely helping with the site's performance issues, am I right?

I was just assuming a more difficult problem to solve was the reason some of the automation like the auto buyer was broken because I checked neocodex yesterday out of curiosity and none of their stuff works at all. I just graduated from a computer information systems program so I know a little bit about programming but im not an expert by any means, and my primary interest is in cyber security haha so I'm kind of fascinated by how this guy has had the access he has for so long. TNT really must only have 1-2 devs on staff.

I know more about the cyber security component than programming and if this guy was really only doing this for the benefit of the user base and site he would absolutely be disclosing EVERY vulnerability he found. The fact that he is okay with keeping such a major exploit secret because it benefits him should tell everyone all they need to know about him and I don't understand why everyone is riding his pp so hard.

The introduction of StackPath and HTTPS to Neopets is what toppled the programs on NeoCodex. They don't have a method for getting around StackPath, and their programs aren't compatible with HTTPS, and the only developer they had working on their programs supposedly quit around the time that the changes to Neopets were made. To say nothing of the rampant server outages that stop bots from running properly, of course. As for us, we do have workarounds and solutions, and it's why StealthCORE, Majin Score Sender and our Altador Cup Score Sender are working. The auto-buyer took a back seat to those other programs for quality of life changes until we ultimately decided that we just wanted to rebuild it as a cross-platform compatible solution. We felt like a Mac and Linux compatible program to go along with our Windows solution was long overdue, so that's what we're working on as time permits. That, and a community-driven valuation and notification system to make the program totally hands off. Gotta outclass the rest of 'em!

as a Mac user I applaud you for this lol! Xcode is a bitch to work with though but I guess a cross platform solution would probably be done in java or another language.
