It looks like you'll need to file a support ticket to get this resolved. If you aren't receiving emails despite knowing the address, and if you're using a reliable provider, then it's possible that they're restricting your account from being reclaimed.

I havent had any issues in either firefox or chrome.

Are you able to get your Flash plugin working on any other parts of the site, like games or pet lookups?

Just checked and I'm able to do it on firefox, but chrome won't load any flash games. I'll try to see what's wrong with flash in my chrome. Thanks guys

Are you enabling flash when you open these things? I've had a similar issue and there's a little area where it says "not secure". If you click that, it'll give you a drop down menu to enable flash.

I have that same issue with flash on chrome and its so annoying .-. Do you know if theres any way to permanently give it permission to run flash?
