I wouldn't just blow him up with bad reviews, you are being scammed out of money every month. You need to threaten them with a lawsuit, even if you do not plan on instigating one. It is illegal, what they are doing. Bad reviews, going to the newspapers, contacting a lawyer, most businesses give you what you want at that point. Threaten them with all of it. If all that fails, actually contact a lawyer. Tell them you will do everything possible until they give you the information. Remind them that it is illegal and that you have already contacted your lawyer. Legal action is your friend, even the illusion of one.

Also, is the car insured? Do you have a title? What information DO you have for the car? Any proof of purchase?

If you've never used reddit it can be a kinda confusing format but there is a TONNN of people with good info on there and they always seem to have a lot to say about these kind of situations.
I would probably type out your post fully in one subreddit and then "cross post" by posting the same thing in the other one. You'll get a ton of info and help about what to do.

But otherwise I agree with what everyone else on here said... I would call the bank and ask them about it, since you're paying them..

At that point you could hit them back with the whole... “car? What car? We never got a car from you?” - see how they like a little taste of their own medicine. Idk how they’d let you drive off without that stuff. Any dealer I’ve ever known is all about the money and they will help you finance whatever they can to get you to drive off the lot with anything. Super sketchy.
