As far as selection and safety of the pets here, you're definitely dealing with the best of the best - the most elite when it comes to Neopets sellers, and, like Joe said, the prices you'll get here are going to be the best you'll find just about anywhere!
As for safety, there are tons of UC buying guides that are specifically designed to help members keep purchased pets safe, which is an awesome component that doesn't exist most other places - just a testament to how much sellers and other members want to make sure that buyers stay as safe as absolutely possible.
This is probably the only forum you can find and buy the pets you want. If it's an NP selling site, it's overpriced.
