TNT un-iced my main account after 7 years. Keep trying yall

My account was un-iced but my pets weren't on it. Is this a common issue?

Congrats!!! I believe their ticket records purge every 3-5 years. They also changed ticketing systems so as far as I know, there *should* be no records of any old tickets that were submitted in the past. A lot of people are getting very lucky this time around! Just remember they have an "appeal" system now so if you can appeal you ticket if you don't agree with the outcome. This gets escalated to a higher-up to reevaluate your ticket!

Just wanted to add that they mentioned there is a HUGE flood of tickets right now and turnaround time could be a few weeks, even with posting your ticket no. on the Highway to Help board.

Hey congrats! I got back my old main that they also said they would never return.

And to those worried about not getting unfrozen because your cheating was "obvious" - trust me - try anyway. My very good friend and his friend got their accounts back after about 7ish or so years of being frozen for cheating, and it was very obvious. They were literally mass reported. Sometimes they wipe your account, sometimes they don't.
@(you need an account to see links) that happened to me before but I think my situation was a little peculiar and I generally don't believe that's very common place. Are you sure your pets weren't stolen before it got unfrozen though? I'm not doubting you just curious if that's a possibility

From what I know, if you had been iced for cheating or they saw your pets as ‘ill-gotten’, they’ve been known to give accounts back without the pets on it, or whatever items/stamps/trophies/avatars etc that they deemed you to have gotten illegally (purchased offsite).

It could have been hacked before frozen, I lost access to the account YEARS ago, and couldn't login to it before it being iced. It ended up being iced for profanity or something of the sort. I still had a few of my pets, so that might have been what happened!

Might depend on what notes still exist and what reason they listed for the ice. And who sees it. And what mood they were in.

I am trying to get an old self-frozen account back because of this board though Alice is very hard to communicate with. But since she's replying I do have some hope lol
