Thinking that 'It has nothing to do with what you post' should be taken more literally. Two people have it that never posted on this thread, and one has no forum activity at all. So unless that's a fluke somehow that they have it, im thinking the forum is a red herring in terms of posting. We might have to refresh or be on the forums, but im not convinced that posting anything at all is part of this. Also trying to make sense of 'The user bar is not tied to a specific thread, but there are certain threads where you definitely can't get it'. Could that just be clever wording? Of course its not tied to a thread if what we post doesn't matter, since posting isn't a requirement. Likewise saying thread that you definitely can't get it, doesn't guarantee there are threads that you can.

oh i saw it too. A user named Even was on the list of people online in the last 24 hours. He no longer appears there. had 3 mentions in deleted or hidden posts. Everything else was empty.

Thats exactly it, but also didn't take into consideration things could be deleted as well, so that's also an option. Maybe they /did/ post.

Also, does anybody know who the other user who has it without posting in here is? It seems like it isn't a coincidence that the people who got it from this thread were the earliest respondents. Bat said there are some threads where you definitely can't get it, so that might be threads where there's already been x posts or posts in sections like trading where only OP can reply.
[edit] I did look at all the threads started since this thread was created, but most were made during daytime hours.
