Thank you @(you need an account to see links) i just checked my URL and it did have 2 forward slashes when i removed one it worked without a problem can't beleive it was that simple do you have any idea on why it does that and how to fix it.

Fantastic! I'm glad that you found a solution. The additional forward-slash is added whenever you visit the site using just "neopets.com" without the "www." prefix. The site automatically redirects you to "www.neopets.com/", but erroneously adds an extra forward-slash to the url in the process. You should be able to avoid this issue by explicitly entering "www.neopets.com" whenever you first visit the site, however if the additional forward-slash is added at any other point in your browsing, then you can simply remove it from your url and press enter to make it go away!

Email address changes sometimes take a day to synchronize. As long as you've gotten a confirmation email, and have clicked the link to confirm the change, then you've done everything that you need to. Your email address will change after midnight NST, if not sooner.

Does anyone know why I cannot reset my password? The email just doesn't want to come.
I've checked the spam folder too and there's no mail from Neopets
I'm 100% sure that I am checking the right mailbox and there was no change of mails connected to my Neo account.

I've encountered some kind of anti-reset measure on a few of my shells which is currently preventing me from recovering them. When I issue a reminder for my forgotten usernames, I get an email which contains my account's username. However when I attempt a password reset, I get nothing. You can determine if you're being blocked by visiting this url (swap [email protected] with your email address):

http://www.neopets.com/[email protected]

If you get a reminder email, then you're being blocked. If not, then you've got the wrong email!

I've visited the url that u mentioned and:

The username(s) for this email address are on the way!
(please allow 15 minutes for delivery)

but still haven't got the email.
That's weird, now that I've checked, I can send e-mails from that address but when I try to send an e-mail TO that address... it doesn't want to come. (not only from Neopets)

Is this a privately owned email server, or a provider like Gmail or Hotmail?
