I noticed every Neopet day, they come up with a new colour type for the Neopets. Are there paintbrushes / morphing potions available for this?

I wouldn't know how to get a burlap Kiko if I wanted one

I believe that Burlap is only available via the Lab Ray at the moment.

Nah they don't have legs. But to remove the legs from the image they'd have to not recycle the artwork quite as much. D:
