I can't help much for links as most of what I have access to is in French, but here are two useful websites I used when I had some difficulty with Maths during High School. :')

Khanacademy.com should be able to have most everything you need. Don't have the exact links ( I believe they were posted earlier) but good luck!
There are also crash course videos on YouTube which should sum everything up.
