That userbar's description is a slight mislead, actually. When the userbar was added, we hadn't decided on exactly how it was going to be awarded. Now that we have a mechanic for it, the requirements are a bit more specific. Or rather, the generalization of where you post has been narrowed down? Something like that.

Not even the rest of our staff has the baka userbar, and we usually get every new unlockable by default! Flordibel has this userbar on lockdown.

Okay so I looked up the activity of some of the people that got the UB, seems like the commonality is that they posted on other people's profile page + the announcement thread. Time to inspect further!

Posted on quite some profiles but it didn't seem to do the trick. Also noticed that @(you need an account to see links) has it and she didn't post on anyone's page, and her only post in the last 24 hours was in @(you need an account to see links) 's costume UBs thread.
