Attack on Titan

The only issue I have with Attack on Titan is how heavy handed the execution is. Idk if this is an issue with anime or the source material, but everyone seems to always be screaming at each other & they like to keep shoving in your face evidence on how bleak and shitty the world of Attack on Titan is. I wish they were a bit more subtle at times because if you do that 100 times, things start losing its effect on me. Now I do drinking games whenever someone dies bwahaha. That is not to say I don't feel anything for the dead ones though. Just that I KNOW they're just fodder so I'm always mentally prepared. The show can be weird too. Sometimes they take a couple of episodes to debate stuff that seems blatantly obvious and yet sometimes it's so smart xD

The action scenes though *wolf whistle* SOOOO SMOOTH.

I think the anime censors a lot of the blood and etc.
And meh, always expected that someone is going to die but never a main character so I don't feel so much.

I would love extra gore but that isn't such a big issue for me.
& yea, the side characters drop like flies. xD I actually don't care about Eren but I really like Armin & other squad members *cough*

I haven't read the manga as well but I heard it's slightly more gory. ^^
I wish Mikasa would get over Eren. She'd be such a badass without him. I LOVE it when she's pissed. It's just sad it's always because of Eren. xD

Whenever its about Eren, she never thinks and does things that might get her killed *facepalm*
Hoping that it'll change in the future, but based on the manga so far... doesn't seem like it'll happen anytime soon :/
