Yes, there should be a sticker on the modem/router with:
SSID = the name of the WiFi (could be changed) and a WPA(2) key mostly, which is the password of the wifi.

If changed, try going to the website of the manufacturer like Belkin, and see where/how to log in on the router.

    Is that what you meant?

They always have those stickers included, just not everybody knows it's wise to actually apply them to their router

And, you know enough with just the brand.
You can find out where to log in to the router, if the log in settings have been changed, you can reset the router and it'll have the default settings again so you can find out the correct WPA2 (or whatever kind of) key.

Well, yes, as long as you know to look for that stuff.

Whut? You mean like a satellite dish? I doubt there's a sticker on that with the WiFi-password tbh :')

If you mean a satellite dish, what model of what brand?

You'll want to look at your BT router (not sure what that is) and see if there is a WPA2/WEP etc; key on that. I doubt your satellite dish has anything to do with your Wi-Fi.

Are you currently using your Wi-Fi on another device operating Windows? You can go into advanced settings of the specific adapter and check "view characters" (or similar) to view the password of the current memorized Wi-Fi.

If for some reason that also fails to help you, but you do in fact have access then attempt to view 192.168.0.1 (dependent on your router I believe..) and you can set a password through there. Typically, if you've never accessed this page before, the details are.. UN: Admin PW: *leave blank* OR UN: admin PW: admin

If all else fails... ask whoever pays the bill.

PW could also be 1234 or 12345 in my experience and UN root.

Unless we're talking about something different but that's what I've always dealt with when resetting a password or configuring my router
