Thumbs down Do you think JumpStart knows...

... that Tony P is doing what he's doing? Singlehandedly disrupting the site's community, pushing away hundreds of valuable players, causing widespread unhappiness among enough consumers to actually decrease site traffic and reduce the company's income?

I have seen enough complaints all over the web (onsite, social media, Facebook, Twitter, reddit, etc.) to believe that he is regularly breaking employee protocol. His behavior (especially as of late) is verging on abusive towards site players and the way he addresses people is disturbingly antagonistic. He is inappropriate and unprofessional, and just absolutely horrible at performing his job duties.

I think if JumpStart or whoever his employers are found out about his actions, and saw how many players he's turned away from the site, they would probably fire him and hire someone else. (Dear JumpStart, you need some help managing your employees... Read the following articles to prevent your company from suffering further losses due to your Little P's protocol violations...)

    I think that either

    1. JumpStart/NetDragon know, but don't care
    2. Tony is not just a member of support staff, but also a high ranking employee performing multiple jobs in several platforms due to his department being understaffed, from where he can control what reaches the higher ups and what doesn't. Him doing a lot of stuff for minimum wage is what might be causing him to be an absolute ass as opposed to a normal ass like he must be in real life settings

I’d say yes, they know and he has been around for ages so he isn’t going anywhere

There's a person that I work with who should have been fired a long time ago. Let me use him as an example. He constantly makes inappropriate jokes, harasses the female employees, talks back to everybody...but he's still there. The supervisor's reasoning is that what he DOES contribute is an asset to the company and we would be at a loss without him. So as much as we hate him, we keep him around because he's good at what he does (unfortunately). He's probably not as bad as I'm making him sound, but he's bad enough where if he got written up for his infractions, he should have been long gone. At most he gets a "stern" talking-to but continues to walk around and be a douchebag.

I'm sure there's one in every company and Tony is no exception. It sucks but I can't really think of another reason is that, like what @(you need an account to see links) said, he's a higher ranking employee and can get away with it.

I'm still under the impression that Tony P is a basic pseudonym used by multiple people (same as Alice and others) . He's maybe they're asshole pseudonym.

Man, if I could just flip a switch and get free pass to be an asshole to my customers when I'm feeling down, it would be so liberating

What do you think the point of this would be? It would make so much more sense to have 20 pseudonyms being used by only two people. Why make your customer support team look so small?

Sometimes I wonder if TNT has villainized us to the point that they pat themselves on the back for creating stirs and general upset in the cheating community And in turn this makes them overlook any assholery on Tony P's part
