If you are using chrome, try this if you haven't already.
If I click customize only white space shows up and on lookups i only see this:
Neopet
XXXXXXXXX has a Petpet!
No image inbetween
Also, it appears that dress to impress doesnt work for me at all.
I already tried updating flash. I don't know what's wrong.

If you are using chrome, try this if you haven't already.
Its more than likely (im no expert) that it has something to do with flash. Have you checked settings to make sure flash is enabled, especially if you use any "incognito" window on your browser. Chrome for instance requires you to manually enable flash for it's incognito feature. Also, you may want to try restarting your browser or computer.
