Seriously, it's like all the little cunts on the Neopets boards moved to reddit. I am horrified at what juvenile little shits I see online. Or maybe I'm just fucking old at 27 years old.

seems like the neopets subreddit is always either one of two types of older players:

-the ones that are getting back into neopets for the nostalgia, but because they've been out of the game so long they're total scrubs (and I say this affectionately, those kinds of players are the best because they usually don't give a shit about drama and are chill/realize its just a dumb game to pass the time they're the best to trade with too)

-the ones that derive actual pleasure from having "notoriety" on neopets or think they are well known for one reason or another, and as a result are completely over-invested and embarrassing (example: jawsch). they are the worst and take themselves way too seriously.

Nah, I'm not saying all redditors are shit, just a few specific ones.

Fun fact: jawsch used to be a mod on another neopets cheating site. He also had reviews of people selling nps to him for his main. Only reason I'm saying this right now is because yeah, he's a bigger piece of shit than I am to people sometimes . I have a bunch of screenies somewhere of the shady/contradictory stuff he's done over the years. I'll have to try and find them one of these days.

I got a bit bored with r/neopets over the past couple of years or so, but it was a good community when I left it. I will say that every time I try to check it out again I see absolutely nothing that interests me enough to comment.
