I remember this guy from his old account. He was fucking terrible at reselling/sniping but he always bragged saying how he was a beast . He had a net worth of maybe 20-30 mil at the very most after something like 3 years. That prick deserved it

Essentially had in his possession, someone else's property, and got frozen I believe. Was unable to pay it back, so is temp banned until that gets resolved out.
Though, I doubt he changed the password on your account. It might have ended up in a chain-freeze. Is the password changed, or is it frozen, check the lookup as it shows bad password even if you're frozen nowadays.

Misha was chain iced. Someone was all over an AC board he created calling him a cheater and reported him. Yes, he had someone's item but he would never have changed someone's password, he was a good guy.
