Yes, it is! Last year I used that perk and now I have both of the korbats, it's a really good perk for av collectors

I looked on the page and don't see it but I know I had at least 2k left over, not sure the exact amount.

I dont understand why they couldnt just let us carry over the actual total instead of reducing that shit.
