how many of you have met your online friends?

I've met nobody from a pet site in real life because I have no idea if I would actually have anything in common with them other than the petsite, LOL.
I've met a lot of people from other social media in real life, though. Met my ex boyfriend that way. I think I've met about 9 of my online friends in person.

Met a tumblr RP friend at a con! And I haven't met my best NF yet, but we've been friends and talking constantly for over 10 years now

I've met at least 4 people from a group a mutual of ours started online for discussions; my partner (who I now live with), two people from Twitter, and a handful of people from MapleStory and Neopets.

No one played Neopets where I came from, but I met a few of my NFs when I studied abroad.
Sadly we all drifted apart as most of us no longer played Neopets, but they helped so much during those two years.
I am forever grateful to them

if we're talking about other sites i've met like 20 of my Twitter friends from when me and my friends stanned a band called emblem3. oh those were the days let me tell ya lol
