as well as the movie the purge, or something lighter?
in my case, I would also only commit crimes in relation to games. XD

steal lots of money from a really rich person

Probably something that'll end up with me making a lot of money from it so I can then do a lot of other stuff easier. Probably rob a bank or be a drug lord. Pretty much anything that'd end up in becoming super rich

I think the problem with the posed question is the extent to which you'd have indemnity for your crime. Is it just the initial criminal act that you couldn't be charged with, but you'd be fair game for anything subsequently related to it? Would people know that you'd done it (judgement/retribution) or is it an 'invisible' crime, so to speak.
Depending on those details, I'd need to word it very carefully. It's like a genie wish; you have to be mindful of the consequences. That said, it would still be something financial, so I could give more to my family than I'm currently able.

in the end no one ever knew what the outcome would be. So I guess you have to do your best to make a decision that you wont regret.
Has anyone mentioned the possibility of getting away with murder? No? Just me? Okay....
