About the prizes being awarded, just saw some prints of TNT saying the site items will be awarded in a week as well as the missing items from L&L
To promote their Legends & Letter Instagram account, neopets is hosting a giveaway with prizes both on Neopets.com and on Legends & Letter, to help everyone here I'll be updating this thread with the answer for each day so everyone is able to receive something, since there's a participation prize.
Each round stays up for 48hours after is started.
