Yes, I have the current update of Adobe Flash.

It sounds like Flash has become disabled somehow. Could you try checking whether or not Flash is enabled in Chrome's settings? In your browser's address bar, visit: chrome://settings and scroll down to Flash. Make sure that Flash is set to "Ask first". Visit a Flash game's page on the Neopets site, then click the lock to the left of the address. Click site settings, then make sure that Flash is set to "Allow".
