To celebrate Halloween in 2018, the NC Mall debuted a new Halloween event, Haunted Mansion, which is very similar to Haunted Hijinks from prior years.
Special Creepy Candle packs allow you to light up rooms in order to receive prizes. The event runs from October 16, 2018 through October 31, 2018 at 11:59 PM NST. You must activate your Creepy Candles by 11:59 PM NST on October 31st, but there is no time limit to claim prizes for already activated candles. We recommend doing it as soon as you're ready.

But the Hands of Dark Power and Bringer of Light Dress were a bit nice. Also they could have done better on the bonus "Gateway to Another Realm Background"

That background is not the best but I still find it decent.

Ugh same!! I didn't participate the past few years cause I wasn't playing but oh my goshhh I'm playing with it on dti and literally every species I've tried so far looks so great with them, even wockies!! I might just have to get a few packs
