They will answer much faster. Once they respond, you are assigned a staff member and once you respond back to them they will be notified.
So I got an answer for my ticket, they unfrozed my account, wich i'm realllyy happy for, but they din't sent the reset email to the right account... Does it take as long to get an answer on a already replied tocket wich is now reopened, or is it way faster? Took 3 months to get an answer �.�
