urm... battle pets anybody?

I notice that whenever people talk about pets and wanting this and wanting that pet, it's almost always about it being UC and WN especially VWN.
I rarely hear people say like, "OMG, freakin 2000HSD, I can stomp the battledome with that", or "OMG, 6000HSD, I'd sell my XBOX for that, plus my brother".
So, if you had to choose between a WN UC (any species) and a 6000HSD, BN battle pet, which one would you choose?.

Probably a WN UC pet. I was never a big battledome person. I've been on Neopets since 2000 (on and off), so I'd like to relive the old days ^^;

I'd opt for the UC, only because badly named pets are my biggest pet peeve...

But if we're talking about two WN/VWN pets, it'd be a much harder choice for me. My favorite site aspect is customization, and UC pets are just so hard to customize...

Good point. But the only problem is that I have to work diligently for that (takes time) although I can opt for using a bot, heheh.

If we were talking before the bd was remade, I'd go for the bd pet. Now, UC.

I'm not name picky at all, so even if it was a VBN UC that I like vs a VVVWWN BD I would probably go for the UC anyway
BD pets do have a charm on them though, but I'm not a huge neo-fighter if that makes sense
