It’s 1.5k! I’m almost there only about 100 more. I also unlocked the sunset paint last night after Moo evolved!

I believe the paint cans are awarded while evolving if your ryu's luck is over a certain percentage. I don't know what that percentage is though, but Andromeda's luck was maxed out (5 filled stars) when they evolved and I unlocked the Sunset paint.

Babysitting can help increase your ryu's luck so it does help to babysit! Just from going through half the parent list, Andromeda's luck increased from 3 1/2 stars to 5 stars
