There is no secret! I've had the bg for a long time. All of them I earned when I completed the dragon branch.
It was a reward for being the first to do it. ^^u

Andromeda evolved into a saberkitty and turned sunset! So exciting to unlock a new color!! I hope I can get the berry color next

Yep I believe that's how it works! So if you aren't online, then your ryu egg won't hatch

Although I think the paint cans are awarded at random, so it was just a coincidence that I got sunset color at sunset XD

Her? was busy af while I was fast asleep! Look at my beautiful girl, evolving, getting a new BG and my first paint can! Rainbow at that too <3

ETA: For possible data collection, I had the Moon Walker BG and logged in at about 11:50 am. Hearts were at 5 when I logged out yesterday evening, had babysitting turned off and had 2 hearts when I logged in.
