Actually, I kinda think the opposite. He was definitely scared at first, but seeing as how he didn't get frozen and tnt is on his side, he probably feels like he's hot shit now.

So tbh I think he'll do something like this again in the future, but let's hope he doesn't.

But therein lies a portion of the issue here. TNT has repeatedly acted on a "freeze first, ask questions later" basis. With many events and incidents, they have treated users as if they were guilty, until they proved themselves innocent. But with certain users, they have been treated "fairly" in the respect that they are constantly protected and looked at as innocent, even with reasonable doubt present.

You don't need to vehemently despise Drazu and want him and his grandmother frozen to realize that it is still rather unfair.

I'm not saying they are perfect and haven't made mistakes. I can only hope those who were unfairly frozen received their accounts back. However, as a person who used to work for the customer support of another game, trust me when I say this: take everything you hear with a grain of salt. People would rather lie than admit they were cheating and fvcked up. All the time I had to deal with ban appeals of angry people who claimed they would *never* use bots to farm exp, they would *never* risk their account by sharing it, they would *never* afk in-game... and yet they had all the evidence against them. Screenshots, videos, ip logs, the support team could see everything. People would still lie, blame support, and then rant off site how they were wronged and how incapable the support team was. Same happens on neo, people cheat, get caught, then make up all sort of outrageous stories to save face. �\_(ツ)_/�

I've never had any problems with Tony P. He unfroze a few of my accounts where I didn't provide him with the proof i needed or used the account for cheating. He can be an asshole but hes pretty nice and awesome when he wants to be. Maybe it depends on the mood hes in but hes always been good to me

I actually never get Tony P on my tickets. Just Alice, and she's always being really mean to me I think.

That's kind of what I was thinking so I posted something nice to back up that Tony P. can be super helpful and does unfreeze accounts. Has for me in the past and I'm grateful for him

OMG that video of him crying is priceless. I hate seeing bad things happen to people, but he is so self-righteous and I cannot stand it.

EDIT: Also, why is his account not frozen for swearing in his videos with visible account name on the page and such? I wonder if we can get him on that.
