Sorry that happened and I hope you are able to get your items back! I find it so odd that they are inconsistent in handling situations like these, hopefully they will be able to make it right for you.
Also, a very scary thought that someone could be slowly taking from your account like that when you're clearly active on it. Will definitely be keeping a better eye on my items and bank after hearing your story.
