Have TNT ever unfroze a cheating account?

Last year, I was "caught" cheating in Neopets and TNT froze my acc for it. The thing is they don't have actual proof I did it, even though I did. They're just assuming I did. Is it worth trying to talk to them? Have they ever unfrozen an account that was really cheating? What are your thoughts?

Ps: I wasn't ABing. I wasn't cheating in flash games eiter.

Ive had a couple accounts unfrozen. 1 had all UC pets were converted and all NP/NP Items deleted. Its possible but there may be a cost involved.

Yes, the Neopets team have unfrozen plenty of known cheaters in the past. Although getting unfrozen may depend largely on the severity of the reason you were frozen, being polite and having all of your facts straight is the best way to plead your case. If you come at them with a line like "you don't have actual proof I did it", then you definitely won't be getting your account back.

@(you need an account to see links) Well, I'm all about avatars. I don't care about pets, items or NP. As long as they give my acc back, even with everthing gone, it would still be awesome.

I recently got one of my accounts back and it was frozen for cheating. They converted my UCs and claread everything besides my neodeck and stamp album.

Also, it took around 2 years to get it back, so keep that in mind too. They don't usually return accounts that were recently frozen for this reason.

Did they erase your avatar count? Why did they freeze you in the first place? Also, I don't get why TNT does not unfreeze recently frozen accs.

No, they didn't. They just erased np/items. They also can't erase NC. It was frozen for cheating, they never told me for what kind of cheating specifically.

I think they don't unfreeze recently frozen accounts to sound like a "punishment" to the player. They'll eventually unfreeze it, but not this fast.
