Weekly Reward Bug?

Anyone else having their weekly rewards reset randomly even after doing their dailies each day? When I logged in today, instead of being 2 days away from my reward, it reset my weekly reward and put me back to day 1. It did this last week as well.

It hasn’t happened to me but I’ve seen it’s a common issue to lose weekly progress regardless of completing every quest. I believe I read somewhere that TNT is aware of said glitches and are working on them but I don’t know if you have to send a ticket about it. Hope you didn’t lose something expensive!

Yeah, it's a common issue still happening to some people. Best you can do is as suggested above, submit a ticket and pray TNT is kind about potentially either giving you the item or rolling back your progress.

Dingo was manually trying to fix this problem for people in the Neopets Discord, so they're at least aware of the issue. It's happened to me every week the quests have been active. I'd get to day 7 and it'd reset to a plushie or something lol.

I'm not too bad off savings wise, so I just ignore my resets, but you should try the ticket route and also screenshot your prize in case you have to show TNT what you would have received as proof.

Thank you all for the suggestions, I'll try a ticket, lost a 150k food item which was fine, but was 2 days away from a Kadoatie so yesterday which is the one that pisses me off, now I have an Invisible Paint Brush.

This happened to me as well, got reset on the day I was supposed to claim the weekly prize.
I think I remember reading somewhere a suggestion that this bug can happen if you don't look at the weekly prize page each time you claim your daily prize.
Maybe try doing that and see if it prevents the bug. (I can't be bothered doing it anymore...)

Oh yeah, always refresh and look at the weekly to make sure you got the check box. I do that every day and mine hasn't done any resetting or anything weird yet.

I tried refreshing after redeeming the 20k and click on the weekly tab to make sure there's a new checkmark and that seems to have helped. Haven't noticed any of my shells getting reset since I did it.
