Weekly reward reset on me

Supposed to get a Spring Gift Basket today and it reset on me. I refresh after doing dailies every day just to verify since I saw others having similar issues, today was definitely day 7.... now I am on day 1 of 7 for Spring Gift Basket.....

Just a rant.

That's shitty. I've never had it reset on me while I had made progress. Especially not to give me the same prize. Woof. I wish we could choose to skip a prize and the next day it would reroll or something.

You can reroll a weekly prize by skipping quests. The weekly prize the next day may then reroll to a different item.

Mine absolutely refuse to do this. I have to stop for like a full week if I want it to reroll at which point I may as well earn the np and the dumb plushie or whatever I ended up with. I just want to be able to press a "no thank you" button.

Oh I had this issue before. For the longest time I had Gelert Transmogrification Potion as my weekly prize no matter how many days I didn't do the daily quests it wouldn't refresh. Tried clearing my cookies + cache then double hard refresh on the weekly reward page before doing one quest in the daily then next day it finally changed. Not sure what I did but I was finally free to reroll normally.

Yeah, I wish we could skip. I have never had an issue with forcing a reset, but I really don't like giving up the 20k daily np to do it. 20k adds up

You have to ve sure you refresh tht jawn every time you collect the 20k, and check progress.
It HAS happened to me before, and I always take it personally, but it tends to be our fault.

Yes, as I mentioned, I refresh every day to make sure my count towards the weekly goes up because I have seen talk of this happening. Yesterday I went up from 5 checks to 6. It reset anyways.

Double the hopes of luck on that next re-roll. Been pretty fortunate lately. Kind of wish we got updates on bug fixe, like Image-Line does with their FL Studio uild releases
