I'm so glad Everglow is back, I do love them a lot and it ~feels~ like the line distribution is more even this time around, especially with EU getting more actual rap verses than just a couple of lines here and there? Would have to watch a line distribution video to be sure though lol.



Also while Killin Me Good isn't really my type of song I love Jihyo and support her in everything she does 💯💯💯 she's such a talented and expressive performer, she really deserves the world 🥺

A little disappointed with Sorn's Rowdy personally, again because it's just not my type of song and I prefer her more melodic/sung songs vs rap. For people who haven't listened to her singles before, I love Run and Sharp Objects a lot!

Jo Yuri also came back with 'Taxi' recently but.... the song feels very bland and generic. Like anyone from this gen could have sung it, nothing felt special about it?

I had no idea that Yerin was coming out with a new single! Wtf her new company is doing an awful job of promoting her > (Yerin is ex-gfriend member) I really liked her first solo song, Aria but this one is cute and funky.

K-Pop somehow manages to sneak its way into my life in the weirdest ways -- and I mean it positively. Like a decade ago, I used to play Team Fortress 2 with a group of friends, and Triple-Q on YouTube made a mash-up(? kinda) of character voice lines and Gee by Girls Generation. I STILL think about it to this day. On a separate occasion, I'm guesstimating around 2021-2022, I saw a Genshin Impact fancam on TWITTER of all places, and it had EYE EYE EYES by TWICE on the background. Got stuck in my head immediately. Then, last year, Cookie Run Kingdom had a huge crossover with the BTS boys. I hadn't listened to their stuff prior to that moment because I was afraid of being obsessed (self-fulfilling prophecy), but the event was full of cool stages that matched the endless running mechanic with a rhythm game. It had bangers like Dynamite, Butter and Permission to Dance, so by the end of it even my mother was attached to the band.

I'm thankful in advance for all the recommendations on this thread, I'll be sure to check 'em out as soon as I've got the time <3

1. yerin oh this name seems familar
2 - saw her face in the thumbnail when i link the mv ( oh G-friend ? her face is familiar )
3. - should i tag ICE ? Lol
4- Maybe not she will appear by herself sooner or later xD

I didn't really check into that but i hope the company's promoting her gets better as time goes , at least she still gets to be active haha. GOGO G-Friend !!

K-pop's music is kinda universal or all rounder i should say it fits well as a bgm even when u remove their offical mv by replacing it for games / clips / exercise / etc xD Kpop song's verse tend to make their way into your head and live inside haha.

Actually is all good if you just listen casually haha (no harm here) you could also buy their albums if you support fans / support them. But just don't dive into the hardcore concert / POB/photo card collection phase. Experience based from one who just got into darkhole of fandom this year (just this year DC's comeback my bank instantly lost -$900 in a blink of eye haha) xD Ahem as i am more into photocard collection and @(you need an account to see links) is pretty into concerts xD
