it should be up for at least today (neopian clock of course) and possibly longer though i'm not sure about that.
In my mind they are available for about a week but i could be entirely wrong.

Looks like it glitched. I've been able to feed it to my pet 12 times and got the stat gain 12 times. It freezes on loading after feeding, if you refresh it remains in your inventory but you still gain the stats.

Get feeding before it's patched.

*edit: you also get the background multiple times

*edit: looks like it's patched now. But did get +40 HP and 20 Disco Ball Spotlight Backgrounds :/

there's a bug with the cupcake so it's somehow crashing the whole NC mall site and preventing other people from getting theirs
