Account Disabled

So I had an account that I never posted on the boards with, was unknown, I was logged in recently, and now today it says account frozen when I checked the NFs from my main, and my main is fine. What the heck?? Did someone try to access the account on here..?

You didn't do any illegal activities on that account? o:
Did you create it or, in case you didn't, you changed the original pass/mail? No way the original owner might have come back and reported?

Any of those things might be the reason, it really depends on many factors. Either way, I'm sorry to hear that it's frozen

The only thing was that it had a UC on it. So that's probably what did it. But both the UC and the account were unknown to the PC as both were inactive. So I guess I won't touch UCs for a while.

I didn't do anything on the account otherwise, except stuck the pets in the neolodge and I sent a NC background to it. I literally don't understand! I logged in about 4 days ago probably.

I didn't create it, I changed the password but left the email that was on it as I got the account from here as well. It was going to be a side account down the road.

As far as I knew, it was a long, inactive account. Doubt the original owner came back.

I might try, we will see! That gives me hope that you got your account back. I just really liked the username on this one and the UC.

Was the UC always on the account?
Perhaps depending on name/color/species of the UC, it's possible people have been keeping track of it.
That happened to me once with a RN pet.
Got frozen right away even though it was unknown because people must've been following the name and checking in on it.

It's hard to say, though, as there are so many reasons for getting frozen these days.
Could just be for protection, even.

Buying NC/Events/Pets checking out of the neolodge/ticket response

All will send an email to the accounts email. It might of taken a awhile to notice as neopets get sent to SPAM

Wow, I wouldn't have even thought about that, honestly.
Good point!

I usually try and change the e-mail pretty quickly, but this means that will DEFINITELY be something I change first in the future.
